We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from Harlem Carter, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
Our dedicated Customer Service Team will inform you of the address to send your returned product. We recommend that all returns to our studio be sent by recorded delivery, as the item remains the responsibility of the purchaser until it reaches our studio.
Products returned must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging and with all Harlem Carter tags, dustcovers, detachable, straps, crystals or gift with purchase items included.
We will refund the price of the product to the purchaser, but we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. Unless our Customer Service Team deems the product faulty we will not refund the postage (either the original or returned).
We will make no refunds to a third party.
If your order has been sent to a destination out with the UK then customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Harlem Carter Ltd. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside the UK will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed, please allow 28 working days.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Please note that we cannot exchange or accept the return of earrings for hygienic reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We repair and refurbish Harlem Carter crystal handbags. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org
For all repairs on crystal handbags, we require that the bag be sent to us. We evaluate the bag; confirm whether we can do it and if we can, we will inform you of the cost and length of time to repair the bag. We have found that as a result of the hand crafted nature of our products evaluating a repair from an image is not sufficient.
We charge £50 to evaluate each bag in the UK; this service is currently not available out with the UK.
This fee covers shipping and handling both ways as well as insurance cost. If you decide to go forward with the repair cost, this £50 fee is credited towards the total repair cost., the fee is £125 as a result of the higher cost of shipping.
PLEASE NOTE CRYSTALS THAT MAY HAVE FALLEN FROM YOUR CRYSTAL CLUTCH DUE TO HANDLING VIA POSTAL SERVICES OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BY HARLEM CARTER AND MUST BE CLAIMED BY THE PURCHASER THROUGH THE POSTAL SERVICE, AS THIS KIND OF DAMAGE IS NO LONGER COVERED BY THE HARLEM CARTER STUDIO
If after 30 days a refund or replacement will not be given but you will be kindly offered our repair service.
